– its only logical that by attracting our senses we can do the same as a form of self therapy, self enlightenment and self awareness.

Inspired in part by some of the physical therapy beliefs developed by Rudolf Steiner’s curative eurhythmy and Goethe's understanding of color and the human development, we have created a program that combine the practices of four creative self expressive art groups grounded by
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction practices to engage the emotional healing, individual growth and mental wellness.
